Delivery Terms

Bordered rugs are manufactured to order and are made and delivered within 3 weeks from date of order providing all products are in stock.  Once the rug is complete we will contact you and arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery.

Made to measure 100% wool/wool & silk rugs and tapestry rugs take 12 to 16 weeks from date of order.

In the unlikely event tht an error has occurred with your order this must be reported to us by telephone or email on delivery of goods, the incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging and as new.  Refunds will be made within 5 working days.  If the goods cannot be checked upon delivery then the rug must be signed for as unchecked, then opened and checked as soon as possible.  Any damaged rugs must also be reported on delivery and if this occurs please sign for goods as 'damaged'.  If the goods cannot be checked then please sign for as unchecked and report any damages to us as soon as the rug is opened and properly inspected.  For damaged or faulty goods you will be entitiled to either an exchange or full refund.  If you have not signed for the goods as damaged or unchecked no refund will be given. We will arrange collection of the wrong or damaged item at a mutually convenient time.
